I have original ICOM A1 using patched native ISTA-D and ISTA-P

Can someone please tell me how i am to setup this? ISTAD it works fine but ISTAP i cannot even find the head when creating new session.

I need to know

1. Which files to edit on ISTA-P
2. How the ICOM head should be set up
