Carprog MCU erase
Hello m8's. I have strange problem - can not erase mcu(at91sam7s256) to program with new software. I try everithing put 55pin from mcu to erasing point and wait 30 minutes to erase and after i connect carprog to computer software see the box. so mcu is not erased. Any suggestion will be very helpful.
I want to reprogram it because i have error on the picture. |

I read datasheet about this mcu and erase pin have 3.3v when i measure the voltage on the pcb of carprog the voltage for erase is 3.25-3.53. So everithing must be fine but Mcu can not erase the flash. in atachment is datasheet. May be is blocked for erasing, any ideas !?!? |
