RE: e60 stalls
And the only errors in the whole car are oil level sensor and rpm limit reset?

RE: e60 stalls
Previously you said there were CAN errors in DSC. Are they still there?

RE: e60 stalls
dsc errors appers when car starts behaving like retarded. Error code about communication dsc - dme. Probably dme if permanently switching on/off? But it doesnt appers always. It has to do crap quite long till dsc error appear. So it has nothing to do with any problem on dsc.

The car is acting exactly like on this video

RE: e60 stalls
I still think your "new" DME has an issue. From the description of the issue in the BMW doc it sounds like a chip inside DME just breaks from some pads (due to bad soldering or bad PCB design). You say your DME comes from a car after crash. So even it ran ok before the crash, crash is more than enough to break away poor soldering or poor pads.

RE: e60 stalls
agreed but, there is also mentioned 28b2 together with other errors like checksum etc. but I have this one alone. Also with old ecu there was this error with others, with second ecu all other errors are gone only this one stays.

That was one of my first thoughts that the second dme is also bad...I would like to test some other but I dont want to spent another 200 eur for ecu :X once it was enough xD best way is to borrow one but noone from my area have this type...

RE: e60 stalls
This looks like a can bus failure. Have seen such a problem in an E90. New ECU solved the problem. You may have to get your hands on a new ECU to be sure. also check that the pins to DME and ok and fit tight.

Internal DME failure many times leaves no fault. DME simply stops injecting and firing and you get no power train faults at all. Good luck.
