F10 2016 ZF 8HP no shift
Hi,
F10 have gearbox replaced. - when emergency release is ON car don't start, in ISTA message errors related to EGS and DME, and error 420016 something aboute pressure regulator short circuit. Blinking N in joystick, in KOMBI showing D. - when emergency release is OFF car start, in ISTA error aboute pressure regulator and few message error related to EGS. No errors related to DME. Joystic show N. No chance to change gear. EGS cleared with CGDI then coded with ESYS (detect CAFD from SWE). Pressure regulators means solenoids inside pan? If I helped, please magic buttons thx+rep

No, once cleared EGS will not synch automatically with CAS4.

Are you telling that virginized EGS will synch automatically with CAS4 once connected ?
I virginized many EGS on Fxx series with AVDI and BMW Explorer, if you don't follow synch routine after virginizing EGS will not synch. You can also program with e-sys. No worry, only my experience. |

Enough to switch off and turn on ignition to write new ISN on EGS after virginize.

After EGS module replacement (only computer, mechatronic stay that same) and ISN cleare car starts and change gears.
Cgdi fu@k up first time. It goes to 11 % at second flash and stops saying isn cleared end obd error. No loght at joystic. In second time I need to manually choice gearbox version....i look at history log and pick up correct. Then flash correct and everything work. It synchronize automaticly If I helped, please magic buttons thx+rep
