Yes, I first drilled a round hole, then filed down to make a square.
I needed only to disassemble the left wheel to drill and run the cable.
I save time ^^

For my experience, I use industrial cutter (the blade is hard and not easy to break).

Transfer the square shape with masking tape from another OE rear view camera car and cut on the bumper directly.

here are three comments from my experience share to u,
- TRSVC location, left or right rear side both are fine. do not close fused box side, in the summer might
cause thermal shutdown(issue symptom: camera black screen).
- TRSVC module, you can use 3er module bracket 66539232797
- not sure if u have HK amp on ur F20, if so might right side will be the best choice.

I finished installing the cables for the retrofit.
Tomorrow I do the coding.

I had difficulty removing and then put the trimmings in the car but with a little patience we get there

I directly connected the 2 wires (K_CAN) to the FEM module because I tried to see with the connector "X382 * 1B" which normally is under the carpet driver side but unfortunately I do not have a kind of connector. So I connected directly to the FEM module.

There is a mass point right next to the TRSVC module in my car.

I passed the 3 wires (FBAS) driver side, under the carpet, the wires come back next to the gearbox and they follow the Idrive control wires until headunit.

Here is the wiring diagram I chose:

After add "3AG" in FA, the ECU "TRSVC" appeared but no CAF found for this module.
I performed : "detect the CAF for SWE", I do VO code HU_NBT2, REM, ICM then TRSVC.
After 20 minutes (wait for the car to fully switch OFF), all work correctly

With the screws and nuts that go well:
- Hex nut x1 (M6-8-ZNS3 - 07 11 9 902 751)
- Prestol-cage x2 (32 41 1 095 443)
- Hex bolt with washer x2 (M6X16-U2-ZNS3 - 07 11 9 902 913)

if you have an nbt_evo that means it should be an icam and icam (for just rear) does t work with trsvc (only when you have all round camera) so that means you used older gen cam with hsd line?

I have F20 MY2012 with Camera between the PDC sensors in combination with CIC
I am unhappy with the quality of the picture! OVer the day it is "ok" but during the night, in my opinion useless.

Does someone know if it is the same camera placed between PDC and for example on F20 LCI which is places above the license plate?

In the meantime I have retrofitted NBT EVO and would like to upgrade the camera.

One more example: on my F15 MY2014 with NBT and Camera over TRSVC I have a good quality also during the night.

I checked in parts cat. but it shows me on my F20 PN 66539240351 and the same PN also for F20 LCI....

Not sure yet but I don´t think that this is the same camera placed on different locations!? OR does anyone knwo why the cam delivers such bad quality?
