Firmware 1.99 it actually fw1 39. Thats why you think that you did a flash to downgrade.
@hapivitz - you also have a "fake" MCU and fake OPCOM v5 clone

Use fw 1.39
It is enoght to flash a virgin new PIC18F458
The right version of firmweare it is the one that the opcom software is need.
If you are using opcom 100219a ( called "China clone 08-2010" ) you need fw1.39 
If you will use a newer version of opcom then it is enough to try to do a diagnostic and the opcom software will upgrade automatically the firmware in your tool to the correct version of firmware that it is need.
Higher/newer version of firmware doesn't give you any benefit.

I use version Vauxcom2016 120309a.I have working device with this version.Working divice is PCB V5.
I want to repair another device V6.My working device work with fw1.64.

Vauxcom 120309a works with fw1.45
Any fake versions that use vauxcom 120309a as base can be used with any newer firmware version after fw1.45.
But you have no benefit. You will can use only what 120309a version cover and any newer firmware versions has no benefit.
Do as I said. Flash your MCU with fw1.39 then plug the tool to usb and start your vauxcom software version and try to connect to a car ecu. You will see by yourself which firmware version it will flash in your MCU ( fw1.45 )

I flushed with fw1.39.After connect to car,the program update to fw1.45.
Before I change pic,the device was working only on K line.
Now it works on HS,MS,SW CAN.I don't know if it will work on CH CAN.

I have a problem with my op-com interface. When I bought it from ali it had 1.78 FW. I checked chip inside and it seems to mi it looks as this in Internet saying it not fake nor have I found any version v5 or v6 only could check that it is 18F458. So decides to downgrade to 1.64. And since then I am not able to connect to my car. Nor am I able to downgrade it.

I have read the thred about repairing my op-com and it looks like it is alright. But still cannot connect to my car. Tried different drivers no luck. Windows 7 64bit

Why can't I use any op-com software and cannot get my Zafira b connected?
Do new ftdi drivers work fine with new software. All I want to have opcom 120309a work not newer.
