Hi,

Does the HU Service Manager disable the telematic update option? What happens when a service entry is created online, does it get pushed to the car?

It gets pushed to the car and it deletes any entries made by HU Service Manager.

ouuu, bad mistake. Now you can look for a thread here in forum which is called like "servicehistory by vin" and request your known history in munich.
After that you can rebulid it step by step. And for the next time, first make photos of every entry on main screen (date, mileage,dealer number..) and look also in the details
to see what was done exactly.

for sure there is no menu...because you dont have any entry, you have deleted them all....
