The steps i take: biggrin clapping enjoy
I hope these steps help somemone else with used EPS Issues.

Remember to lock ICOM with I-tool Radar. C:\ediabas\bin\ediabas.ini must have the ip of ICOM:

so instead i ask client to buy an ICOMA2 from China then: after ICOM arrived i connect to BMW F30 and Start -up Esys Pro>then connect BMW F30 via ICOM/Ethernet with IP of Tcp://169.254.92.38:50160> Then Establish connection. I click comfort mode on Esys>Then select target-selector for latest i-level target> Project=F020_19_07_539_004_002_000, vehicle info=F020

After connection is established:
Read out FA? Then save FA>Then click read VCM>save as svt_ist>Then click Activate FA to expand Vehicle Profile: this will make active both the "I-step shipment" and "i-step Target"  boxes>then click complete flash>Then click calculate SVT_Soll:after svt_soll as finish calculation?the click on "HWID- from SVT_actual">then save SVT_Soll>then click on Tal Calculate:After Tal has finish Calculation>save as Tal.xml

This time no errors comes up for"TRSVC" SWEs missing.

Then i click on Expert Mode>then click on TAL processing: Then select TAL.xml>then click on SVT_soll.xml [...]and load SVT_Soll>then click on Read FA out of VCM:

Now on the ECU column: The Tal list showed the ECU for flashing in checked off boxes: created on ID Base row:
Then click on All to uncheck all the ECU marked for flashing: then select only my client's EPS module in ECU column:>then make sure i checked SWdeploy and CDdeploy>for EPS: then check for software availability>Then if its says all SWEs are there> then click "START" to run the processing of the Transaction list (TAL.XML) and wait for the EPS to start flashing and encoding.

After ElectroMechanical power steering (EPS) has finished flashing: You have to release icom with i-tools radar and then run ISTA-D then read out fault codes, then clear fault codes> ISTA will show that the "EPS not encoded" is gone.Then go to ISTA-D/Service function/Chassiss and managment/Electromechanical Power steering/teach in end stop

Follow the instructions and you will next to start-up EPS and if you do it successfully you will have your EPS working like from factory and the "EPS light in Cluster" will go away forever'

You know ICOMs come in many different IP addresses and it doesn't really matter which.
You should link the original thread to this so users can see the troubles there were.

What was the problem in the first place. Was the EPS new or used? If used was it just the motor or the whole rack that was replaced?

I have had an issue where a replaced motor (not rack) after programming, steering was soft but there was still a kakakaka noise in the steering. I opened one yesterday and it has a motor, belt and recirculating bearing with ball bearings. I am beginning to think this kakakaka noise comes from shot bearings, not the motor itself. Am thinking a motor is a motor, cant make that loud knocking sound? Or maybe if motor is working in jolts, hammering the rack in sudden repeated strong pulses?.

Faulty motor should just gets very heavy or offer intermittent assistance. I have three used motors, will test them in future if I come across cars with faulty EPS. I need to find out where that sound comes from in a faulty system
