What you want - Change the VIN or Immo OFF,
Immo off is not so easy on new BMW with CAS module
You can try with BMW Scanner E/F or V2.0.1 change the VIN and sync between ECU and CAS

The vin is already changed.. but the CAS isn't paired with new (used) DME.. so sync between ECU and CAS wont work because of rolling code ISN. Jartsa mentioned that I can copy old ISN using BDM Reader.. but the old DME is gone, I send it to the seller which is in another coutry.. so I dont know what are my options now.. Abrites, Immo Universal or another app to "virginize" the DME?

I have read somthing about timers you have to reset but in german. Every ECU have a time and you need to reset all of them then you can try it again. I never did it by my self
