BMW G05 Change RAM - NO Connection
Hi,
wanted to change RAM (65127928597) in my G05 (S18A-19-11-534) with a used one from a G14 (S18A-21-03-380). Checked part number before, both cars have 65125A47588 - checked both VIN's. The sticker on the used RAM is 65127927900 but I cannot find this number in ETK. If I connect to car, in ISTA ECU is red - no connection. Is there a solution to tell MGU there is another RAM with a new MAC or how connect this ecus? Regards |

You sure you got this number 65127927900 right? I don't see any RAMs with xxxx7927xxx numbers. While your number 65127928597 is correct for RAM 01 mid with SDARS.

First clear old RAM from SVT, then you can see the new one. Sometimes need flash HU with RAM to the same I-level to make it properly working.
