Hello dear community, I have a strange phenomenon where I can't get any further and want to ask for your advice or someone can give me the right hit.


An NBTEVO was retrofitted, so far everything works except:

I can't play songs from the HDD/USB. As well play DVD, won`t work. The songs are recognized, correctly displayed with cover art and the length of each song. Whenever I want to play one, nothing happens. DVD title is also recognized and displayed. Except, of course, that you can't play it.

Radio, Bluetooth audio streaming works without problems.

The HU has already been reinstalled (V850 + patch) with new I-Level and all coding values that I can think of have been tried.
Unfortunately always the same behavior.

The behavior is the same on the bench and in the car.
The device was installed in an E63 with an emulator (carsystems), which is why, as mentioned, I tried it on the bench without Emu.

ENTD visible in E-sys, yes. Also done allreday Gracenote update.

Found out now, HDD was changed. Will now have a look in this direction.

In the meantime I have replaced the HDD, of course with the right parameters. Unfortunately the error pattern is the same.
