RE: E60 SZL failure After flashing by Diagzone !!!

The steering column splines have missing tooth and can't be misaligned. After you assembled the car all you had to do is to make full left, full right several times and the steering angle sensor would find the exact position. Nevermind....do you have on your laptop FULLY working Tool32, WinKFP and E60 data? I might help.... If you have all the software I can also help with Team Viewer. Or I can try the whole thing remotely. SZL is also still readable with Inpa so you can flash the SZL. |

szl is one of few modules, that also if winkfp fails to flash at 10% or 80% or whatever, you can flash it again over and over....

RE: E60 SZL failure After flashing by Diagzone !!!
Dear friends thank you and respect to everyone, my coding skills are weak, if a big brother could take control of my PC by TeamViewer I would be very grateful. Respect to everyone.

RE: E60 SZL failure After flashing by Diagzone !!!
Finally i calibrated the steering angle it's ok but the direction remains difficult to turn, when i steer completely to the right ok, i steer completely to the left and a fault sounds "5EBE plausibility"
Searching the net i see that i read: "You must code SZL or DSC depending on the chassis with ISTAP or NCSExpert, then initialize DSC and steering angle sensor" Then another colleague says: "If I remember correctly, impossible to code the steering angle sensor directly on E60. The DSC code and the angle will code the angle sensor" I also saw the coding to do with Launch but I dare not try with "diagzone". If a friend has a tip for coding via "Ista D or Ncsexpert" I would be delighted, I will do some research... Thanks again for your support, special thanks to *****Angel***** |

Already coded szl with ncsexpert, in e60 szl coding is possible. I touched anything in dsc. Check szl for dirty or wrong installation

Thank you very much, I know you did what was necessary, thanks again for the info, I'm going to disassemble the EZL to check the wiring, what's weird is that sometimes the steering works and then stops working, thanks again for all the help you gave him, respect to you.
