81315A78EF6 is the new part number. It supersedes the old number. The old number I believe is no longer available. Only the new number can be ordered. As for the price, I am not sure if they did any upgrades to the hardware or not. Maybe someone here has the info regarding the specs of the new one.

Prices are going up!

Because there was/is a lack of chips I think another semiconductor was used in the hardware.

the automotive industry it often happens that the hardware versions it is due to product changes from different suppliers, although these are committed in advance for the "long" term...
