Hello 
I have f30 with n47 engine 
And looks like the old owner  deleted the egr from ecu .because is not functional at all .
But I always get check with this error

Air mass measurement: Measured air volume is too low compared with the calculated air volume., Fault currently present, Fault currently triggers a driver information (malfunction indicator lamp and/or Check Control message).

 And I have huge black smoke from the exhaust 


   
Also this is the reading when the car is idle .
Flash dde with stock can solve the problem?

Ps I replaced the maf sensor and the same thing

I think this will help you.

Remove and clean heat exchanger, EGR valve, EGR heat exchanger bypass flap.

Black smoke This is not completely burned fuel!
If there is any doubt about the operation of the EGR,

replace it. The valve must work!
It saves you the engine from overheating in the combustion chamber, and the destruction of the pistons!

The resource of your motor depends on this.
You may have to write a program for the operation of the motor (to stock).
