Has anyone tried to use a VPN directing to the USA, I heard that with the VPN it is opening for username and password, and authenticating, but I tried here with no results, it gives me an error even opening login and sneha valid.

VPN must be directed to the license location. ex: France license = vpn direction for France. If so, you need to know which direction to take for each license.

I tried with VPN USA and other countries, the result is the same, it is offered only offline, but I can’t go offline either because there is no User ID

To use it offline you need to login first.
Then if you set it t5o use it offline you will be able to use it offline. Me I never used it offline.
I don't know what happend there but also they blocked an USA aftermarket account.
There's not about VPN.
At me is working again.
