Hello,

ISN can not be written in CAS because CAS is locked at the factory. you can only sync.
The Secret Key is 16 Bit

We dont know what 'ins' is. If you mean the secret code, it is called ISN.
If you have read F4 23 from DME you must write 00 00 F4 23 in CAS.

There are so many ways to write the ISN in CAS every day. There was never a 16 bit ISN in BMWs. ISN is 4 BYTE until sometimes in 2008 and after that it is 16 BYTE.
