• One signed .exe, nothing to install, updates itself, 10 languages
  
• Regular customers: save them once. With their standing consent, new sessions are accepted automatically and the app waits quietly in autostart. You open a session and start coding, nobody has to touch anything on the other end.
  
• Mobile apps for the customer: Android (ENET, K+DCAN coming soon) and iOS (ENET)
  
• Connection test before the appointment (via API), so you don't lose slots to "wrong cable, ignition off"
  

• K+DCAN: any cable, not only FTDI. The D-CAN switch is checked automatically. If it's in the wrong position, the customer gets a prompt in their app to flip it, you see it live and the check runs again by itself.
