Hello gentleman
I need your help is somebody have experience or similar problem,
I have cdp+ clone from chine, everything working perfect just not when I want to make eobd (generic) scan looks like frozen .software is 2013.3 100251 serial .

Did you try to restart your pc?
It's possible that you will restart your pc for 3 times before it gets to work.

I try restart still same problem,i will try explain little clearly,when I do manual scan everything work OK,only problem when want to do generic scan EOBD software open first page and I can see VIN numbers and other parametars,when I chick on left side icon like check trouble code program continue searching and can not open,all menus working good(file,settings,documents,bookmarks)then I try stop(close ) program not possibility, need to stop with force cont-alt-del and stop.
I try on Hyundai accent 2012.
Maybe is necessary special license for use generic scan.

Demo was off when I test on car.
when is on demo system working normally,of course try with out car on demo mode
all is actualized firmware updated,last software 2013.3
This is autocom cdp+
On booth software is same problem(autocom and Delphi)

You have probably on different CDP.
Like your cable at the different PC.
Did he is damage maybe?
I do not have the idea.
Have you the friend cdp has?
This new soft has several mistakes.

How I can know witch is correctly cdp,my looks gold with rubbers front/aft,slot for sd,flight record, card and 2 print plate inside
if is on different cdp I think I don't gona get any connection
do you know maybe can I make in future update software on normal way software is activated by file and can I stay online on internet during using software.
witch one you have and witch software you using,your is original or Chinese clone like my

I bought these delphi from bluetooth and there is approx.
cotrolled at someone who has cdp.

If your VCI is gold, is not CDP+ !!!
Just read the small tag and you have VCI 100251; Rev.1.0?
I'm afraid not. Is 30350, right?
In this case, you need to reactivate your AC 2013.3 with right serial for right VCI. It is easy.
