thanks for the hint , .NET is the issue and i can't sort it out so probably a new Windows installation will fix it as I'm using Windows 10 upgraded from windows 7 so many things are not working properly these days.
I've yet to see a properly working 10 upgrade. There is always some issue with the upgrade. Just do a clean win10 install and be done with it.
I'm doing that tonight , it was upgraded since the time when windows 10 upgrade for offered for free few years ago .

Are you using any third party security suite?
only the best Microsoft antivirus and firewall which is built in windows 10 , i tried disabling both but same results .
now I'm running fresh Windows 10 , but it takes one of transferring all the backup back to the laptop ( ISTA+ - ISTAP - etc etc )
i believe that .NET Framework was messed up on the previous windows OS , now with fresh windows 10 , first think i did was installing Esys Launcher and after first run I got a window popup saying an app needs .NET framework 3.5 ( including 3.0 and 2.0 ) to be download and installed . after installation the Launcher worked well .
even though the previous windows had it already been installed but still refused to run , now all OK.
sorry to bother you guys with this issue and spoiling the thread with some little offtopic posts .

Hello friends,
I have installed this version of ESys Launcher pro but still asks me for an activation code.
I did some shitty coding to my car with another version of esys, wich is expired now.
I want to revert those codings to default, but i don`t have esys launcher anymore
Can anyone, please, help me?

It seems that many of us which are using TM tool just for our cars and not for making $$$, are in the position of not doing occasionally stuff.
therefore, i am sharing with you for free the TM launcher PRO 282 with esys 3.27&3.30.1 with token for 10 years, combined in a VMware virtual machine format, without psdzdata.
You may redirect c:\data\psdzdata folder to your real psdzdata folder - i've redirected data folder entirely to my real C: drive via "Shared folders" feature.
So small adaptations to your own needs have to be done.
When importing the VM in vmware workstation, please click on "I copied it" option.
Also windows needs activation or you can skip that message.
I am using it with success coding my F25.
