Yes I have tried to make map update, but I tried to make the same update in 3 other RNS315 and always there was no problem.
BTW This fault is very old.

I have same error, after try map update it ask me assign sd. After install in 1 min i receive error: internel device. In vcds error is same as first post

I have updated SW to 0270 but problem is still, some workshops told about 100-150euro for repair, probably failure of NAND memory.

Did you try with disconnect battery for 5mins repeat 2-3times and try.
