Unable to update cars software via ISTA+ - NickCardiff - 09-06-2019

Hi there, new member here so bare with me if I'm asking some dull questions.

I've used ISTA+ to diagnose a few issues and have sorted them too. I've also used eSys before for coding and retrofitting cruise control so I'm not a complete novice.

The problem I have is that I have the message 'The programming system could not be initialised. The ISTA installation may be damaged or incorrectly configured. Reinstall ISTA. If problems persist, contact local support.'

I'm using version 4.17.31 and I'm connecting using an ENET cable.

All I want to do is update the software of the car.

What do I need to do to get this working as the option to update software is also greyed out?

Thanks

Do you have full SDP in Rheingold/PSdZ/data_swi? It should be around 160GB.

In addition to SDP, Enet cable? without reconfiguring ista.gui? No chance!
