Tool32 problem - BobbySD - 03-10-2019

Hi there,
Im starting to be crazy about tool32. Everytime I try to run a job I get runtime 5 error - Tool Set Error: Run-time error ’5’ – Invalid Procedure Call

Connection is ok, I found out a solution in FAQ like

Reason: The Tool Set was started twice in a very short period of time.
Solution: Close all Tool Set processes that are running and start the Tool Set again with only one double-click.

But there is not any another instance of toolset in the processes! Im getting mad of it. This happens even after restart.

Do somebody have any experience with that?

Thanks!!

Are you using ICOM or standard interface?
Is your tool32 set to run as Admin and with Win XP SP3 compability?
Is the interfaces delay set for 1ms?

Tool32 should be ran as administrator. It doesn't have to be XP compatibility, however.

Always start as admin

works fine on Windows 10 x64 ..

It does this also with admin rights. And Im using oem ICOM.

If your Ediabas folder find the REGSVR32.BAT then start it (with administrator) wink
