Did the Owner said he or anyone write a dump to that module? He can make it very easy and buy another Trailer Hitch module that have the 5A056C9 Part number, then we can tell if its the dump causing it. Then install that and calculate SVT_Soll and lets see what that says.(21-06-2022, 17:28 PM)BMWF01 Wrote:(20-06-2022, 20:08 PM)sabinglig Wrote: FA is in the original state. I have attached some pictures of the p/n read with ista, and hwel actual that is different from starget. My next question will be if ISTA readus the actual hardware number from the ecu?The HWEL that is in RED, is because that is the correct HWEL ID and file for the correct hardware Variant for the car's correct trailer tow hitch module, the production date for that hardware must be known and written in the FA and saved then it will work, also if the correct SA option code for that Hardware variant is added to CAR'S FA .xml and save and written to the vcm or in BDC /FEM Gateway. RE: HWEL BLUE/RED on a good p/n - sabinglig - 21-06-2022 there is no problem with flashing the units using esys, i use hw-id from svt actual, so that is not a problem, the problem is that ista will never work on flashing this car. Long story short, this car was flooded, the owner replaced almost all controllers, and the car got to me with all of them coded, but with alot of communication errors. I have asked him about the units that have problems with hwel and he doesn't know what to say, he can remember that someone connected to the car using Launch, maybe that person selected the wrong target (i am thinking at F15), i don't know if launch can harm in this way. I have SM2 5A36987 with hwel 00002255-002-001-000 (good p/n, bad hwel), DCS 9826316 with hwel 00004766-001-009-000 (good p/n, bad hwel), ZBE 5A371B3 with hwel 0000428B-004-002-000 (good p/n, good hwap, bad hwel), EHC (CHC) 6896476 hwel 000042ED_004_001_000 (good p/n, bad hwel), and also AAG like i wrote in past posts. So as you can see someone has messed up many units, some of them are not cheap at all. |
