This shop replaced a G05 instrument cluster and programmed and coded it to the car with Autel. The cluster is missing some functionality, and has a code for the ethernet configuration not being performed. That function errors out saying that the ethernet encryption key or security certificate needs to be installed first and tells us to run the "after replacement" programming for KOMBI to get that installed. Genuine i5тд online. It fails to calculate a measures plan and tells us to contact customer support, who have not responded in over a week. What alternatives do I have for this? I'm not sure what all Autel programmed on the car. Since it has a 2025/07 i-step from the dealer, I have some concerns that Autel might have rolled back some software, but I'm not sure. The only complaint is the reduced functionality of the cluster and some buttons not working, presumably because the cluster doesn't have that certificate for encrypted ethernet communication.

do you have enet/win pc? i guess you need to do cbb request/response, and also f5с import, but maybe more.

It seems to require a certificate from д05 online. I just paid to have it done remotely, shop had the car for weeks and customer was breathing down their neck.
