Hi everyone,

Do you guys know if a G80 GA8HP76X gearbox is a bolt-on for 540iX b58?

I have a friend who totalled his G80 and I can have his gearbox but not sure if anyone done that before.
I have GA8HP50X.
I just want to know if the length is the same. I have just looked at some pictures on eBay and they look like the same bolt pattern, is only the length that I don`t know if is the same.

If there is someone here that done this and can give some advice will be great.
I found someone who can do all the coding, just this holds me back now as I don`t know if it will fit.

Whoever tries it first, post here  
I have found someone who can do the pairing, I`m yet to find a mechanic now to take the gearbox out from the G80 and move it to G30.

Are the gear ratios a same?
Assuming problems if vary.
