No, this is not Tokenmaster. This is someone who reverse engineered the older launcher 2.8 which has outdated mapping for newer ECU's. New launcher Pro 3.* has online activation, and license keys are only provided by TM himself.

Understood, I often thought surely the request code and activation code wouldn't be difficult to crack.

Is is possible for me to simply download launcher 3, pay for on activation and i'm sorted? No waiting for keys etc.?

Unfortunately as vast majority now claims on the forum TM is very hard to reach and some people were waiting months or weeks after making a donation to a charity, but still without any answer. Fortunately I was the lucky to buy it with the appearance of v3 and got response after few days..
