Carprog Connection Problem

KOpel  Carprog Connection Problem
I try to read the pin code of an Opel Bosch ME 1.55 on the bench.

I follow the suggested connection diagram from the manual of Carprog but when I put the pin 17, it create a short circuit and the relay open and close all the time.

When I take off only pin 17 and leave (33 and 49) the ecu can be read but the VIN and PIN code is not correct as it can be seen in the pic.

I connected with Opcom and I could read it correctly without pin 17 connected, can someone please help on what is going on?

On the first photo looks like wrong ecu is choosen,which leads to conclude that maybe wires are marked with wrong colour,it happens on clone devices and cables.

From carprog manual I found that the ecu is a BOSCH ME 1.55 .
I double checked the cables and make the connections on the pins that carprog suggests.

Pin 17 is short circuited and maybe that is the cause of the problem for not reading correctly.

Is any way to find were the outside pins are connected to the board? They are not straight lined the outside to the inside.
