f10 N20 engine car not starting and only one fault code about valvetronic system

and when open the driver's door noise come from the valvtronic motor
car cant start it cound be the problem or i should look for another thing?

Hello.
Yes, this is the reason why the engine does not start.
The intake valves are closed.
Get familiar with Valvetronic. Might have to change it.
You may have to change it along with the Valvetronic shaft.
First, check the wiring to Valvetronic.

on some engine model there is a screw on the back allowing to vary the valve lift you can try with the connector unplugged of course (I don't remember on n20)

on the other hand I do not want to say nonsense but it seems to me that even in the mini position the valves are not completely closed you can also remove your cylinder head cover to be sure

There is no screw to vary the valve lift outside the valve cover. Valvetronic motor in N20 is inside the head and either you have to remove whole head cover and then you can acces to that screw. Or if you have a lot of luck you can try to just unscrew valvetronic seal and if the gap betwren VVT Plug and valve cover is bigger on the upper side then you can acces to the screw without removing valve cover. See attachment to see where exactly is that screw. (Don't mind that tool number. It's for locking vvt in case of removing motor. Use long 4mm allen)

I had recently similar case but with B48. And I had no codes at all. Car was craning like with spark plugs removed. Turned screw on valvetronic motor few turns and it started.

Replace the valvetronic servomotor and everything works normally again

If you have ISTA, you can try to recalibrate it, otherwise the valve cover comes off for further work

problems I already got with valvetronic system. Defective servomotor, don't forget to check the eccentric shaft gear for wear if too worn replace and with it the oil injector 
Check the power supply, especially the IVM and make sure that the DME has not burned the electronic control system, the valvetronic servomotor and the sensors that are inside the servomotor .
