Have I said that you did something? Or what info should that give? Hard to tell why codings do no match. Maybe someone replaced RAM. Maybe tried to retrofit higher level audio. Not possible to tell from your screenshot alone, without knowing what hardware is actually in the car.

So I assume simplest explanation - either HU-H or RAM is not coded properly. If those are stock units then simplest solution - VO coding.

Or provide MORE data. I.e. open HU-H & RAM and post lists of their HWELs, SWFLs, etc.

Mm yes probably the unit are sobstiuited...i have problem with incoming call bluetooth sound. Ok i check with esys and post the image.
