EWS Unit 61.35-8 382 455: Chip set: 2D47J, Original binary of the EWS Erased, Current read is blank. 

What are the steps in regards to re-establishing re-sync with vehicle of intent, 

BMW 540i 1998 ms5.2.1:

Viringzed bin, would be amazing to re-write for the corrupted ews unit!

Anyone's Help Would Be much Appreciated!

brand new from the dealership is not too expensive and may be the smartest option.

brand new from the dealership is not too expensive and may be the smartest option.

Not the owner to current vehicle, need a virgin binary to flash ews. Thanks

There is no virgin binary, ews is programmed to VIN at the factory with ISN and key data for the car. This data is now lost.
To recover, you need to read the ISN from DME and write it to a donor bin. Then update the VIN and make all new keys.
Finally you have to read ZCS from kombi and write it to EWS and code EWS, but you have to do that last step with a new one as well.
The only way to make your old keys work is with a new EWS from the dealer or reset the keys.

Absolutely can create a virgin bin, just need a donor bin to work from: 'hence" i gave the chipset information: ews unit information. (to reference from). 

Anyone: with a bin to work from? I should have made it clearer in original post.
