I try change psdzdata to 59.2 full. But it same problem. It have promlem with F30 2016 only. It can't activate FA in Expert>Coding????? But other is work.

There is no reason to waste time downloading Psdzdata full (>40 GB) unless you are flash programming with ISTA-P or E-sys. Psdzdata light (~600 MB) has the same files necessary for VO and FDL coding.

That error does not have to do with needing full psdzdata. If you compare Full vs Light, the difference is in folder "Psdzdata\swe."

• Psdzdata lite: only CAFD and FAFP folder contents included. The rest, like SWFL, will be empty.
  
• Psdzdata full: all folders contain files.

If your FA contains elements that are not valid for given vehicle profile (FP), you will get the "Not all elements of the FA were found in the FA2PF" error. And, it tells you exactly which items are invalid. For which vehicle are you trying to code?

8BK Loading Dose Export & 8BL Charging Cable Deletion are valid for something like an i3, but no for an F10, for example.

Remove those two option codes and you should not see that error.
