There is registry file. You edit for your specific ISTA+ location and where you want to put the delta files; then, you run to apply changes. Lastly, open launcher control console and it will run in command prompt.

You can either edit Registry (Regedit) or istalauncher-x64.reg file before running.

For *.reg file, you want two "\\" slashes between directories. Registry will have one "\"
