Not the right hardware. Your EPS is for F10, F11, F12... cars.

Try to calculate tal and see which cafd should to be there. Write it in editor and write svt to the car then try to vo code

HWEL E1C-1-2-0 is NOT in F01 KIS at all. So it is DEFINITELY wrong hardware. Even flash will not solve it.
