The german versions can found on officially websites of distruibitors.This Versions works only on Genuine Interfaces.Better is drv why is the german reference Version direct from Rosstech.

For any version there's two very good solutions
1. Upgradable tool with modified versions of VCDS - you need to wait the new modified version to release if you want to be able to upgrade it ( online )
2. Upgradable tool with original VCDS softwares from dealer web site when this is realesed - do not need to wait a modified version ( online )
Both tools is use an uniq serial ( only if you clone your serial this will be blacklisted otherwise it is as you ahve a genuine tool )
Both tools don't need to reflash it all the time
Both versions MFT or DRV are aviable - Better it DRV
Both tools can works online and never can be erased
The last version now aviable is 12.12.2 as I know
Both tools works with lastest VCDS version in German and English
Only chinese use the same dump in all their tools that they sell item but this one have no long life becasue the serial it will be blacklisted in short time and you'll damage your tool
Chinese only need to sell many tools, they don't care that you'll damage or not. Becasue they know that you'll have to buy another one from them.
They have cheapest price instead a HQ clone as the one that I talked above
This kind of tools are aviable for any combination of language as:
English-German, English-French, English - Polish, English-Romanian and so on but there's no solution for a serial for three languages

@x-trac - as I know I haven't seen any new dump for German version
And this dump will cost a lot. Don't worth for what you need

I think the last german version was 10.6.4. It worked with a loader and needs a tool with 11.2 english firmware. But there were still problems with it.

The serial in that tool it is blacklisted.
It is using new chinese tools w/o Gal/Atf
If you will not have to use the internet conection turned on ever then you' ll have no problem.
