New A1 2018 Coding
Hey guys,
I'm switching my BMW to the new Audi A1. I'm only familiar with BMW, so sorry, but I couldn't find anything useful about that. It'll have this new Touch MMI Plus and Virtual Cockpit known from the new A7: Could you name me software to code this car and all the other softwares I would need? I want to activate Gauge Test on start, Auto Hold on Hills etc. |

I just want to prepare myself for coding when the car arrives.
I can't find any informations about the MMI and what software I need and what is possible. |

RE: New A1 2018 Coding
For very basic coding and diagnostics then VCDS would still be your best option. As this is a 2018 car, for more advanced projects you'll need ODIS-E or VCP - even then the coding databases I imagine are quite limited due to how new it is.
My A6 2012 for example doesn't have any coding data for the 5F RMC unit and that's a 6.5 year old car! |
