XZBMW  F10 change ZGW DSC error. Please Help
Hello

I have an F11 production 11/2011. It had black ZGW with MOST, as I'm doing 5AG retrofit and got NBT retrofit I decided to trade for ZGW2 8SK. Elá is coded on the table, and when mounting everything works, but I have a DSC and ABS error and the car does not leave P.

ZGW and ICM have already been updated to last i-level but nothing resulted. I can not start Flexray.

Someone can help me?

Does the solution update ZGW old to ZGW2, or do I run the risk of having the same error?

Are you replaced the used ZGW-8sk?
In this case Flexray port for DSC will closed.

You need to open the Flexray port of the DSC using tool32.

You need to open the Flexray port of the DSC using tool32.

Adding to what is said here you must open port 2 (port 2 is showing as DSC in NEWTIS but also ICM is showing as 2) which is the DSC port in the ZGW. You do this by running the following in TOOL32

Open TOOL32, run ZGW_01. The job you then run is
status_flexray_pfad This will report which Ports are open/closed. Ein=Yes Aus=No
Then you run
steuern_flexray_pfad
In the argument field you then type
0x02;0x01
0x02 = Port 2
0x01 = open port (close port would be 0x00)

This will need to be done for all equipment that is connected to ports on the ZGW if the ports are not already open. It may be worth opening all ports and seeing if that allows communication with DSC on FLEXRAY.

I don't know much, but if I've helped you're welcome.
