sqlite dbs must be in sqlitedbs folder directly, not in subfolders!

It looks like the files you have came from the torrent supplied by Spider80?
If so look in the tools folder and there is a FAQ-EN.pdf that will take you step by step through installing ISTA-D.

I had same problem and followed FAQ but still got the failed start.
Spent 2 weeks for installed-removed-installed many times but nil help then i gave up. Seems installing ISTA D 4.xx.xx more difficult than retrofitted 6WB to my car.

I finally got it to run!  the problem was with the SBQ I moved the files out from the sub folders and it started right up.... thanks guys for the help!

now Im installing ISTA-P hopefully it wont give me problems lol

Have you UNBLOCKED the files?

I used 7zip to unzip the files there was no option to unblock files.

Please ... new screenshot from the sqllitdbs folder.

The databases have to be directly under "C:\Rheingold\SQLiteDBs\. Not in a subfolder there. Means it should be e.g "C:\Rheingold\SQLiteDBs\streamdataprimitive_enGB.sqlite" and so on.

Can Rheingold\SQLiteDBs put in external USB hard disk ?

Default config is to have all files in the same folder. So you can put all of it onto external disk. Its possible to separate installation into different locations, but then you need to edit config file accordingly.
