For better results, you should completely uninstall any previous installations.

Mount EPC dvd 1of1_b1

Run X: \ ewa \ tools \ CleanEWAInstallation

X -the letter of your virtual drive

Restart PC and try a new installation.

You might also use a reg cleaner (RevoUninstaller will do the job) to get rid of any "leftovers".

Are you very-very-very sure it doesn't work on Windows 7 ? Have you try it ? I mean, have you try it using a recent/decent version of the software, at least EPC 09_14 ?

I was referring(strictly) to this statement, and I quote:

"CleanEWAInstalltion tool doesn't work on Windows 7 versions, it's script written for Windows XP, not for Windows 7."

Please watch the beginning of this video, you will see the script working in full splendor on windows 7. (The compatible version, of course)
I rest my case. This is already off-topic.

P.S. I have the same piece of advice for you: Read carefully....and if you have any questions, don't hesitate....

First of all no one histates here. You have wrong impression.
Second of all look at post 11, like I said before "CleanEWAInstallation" script doesn't work well on Windows 7!!!
After using this script you must go and search manually lefttovers, and that isn't a case when you use this script on Windows XP.
So after using this script on windows 7 especially on 64 bit, script doesn't remove all files, and when you try to install it again you have problems.
Many people doesn't have a great experience with this and they got headache.
My advice to all, when want to uninstall EWA NET on Windows 7 is to use REVO UNINSTALLER free tool, and when doing leftrovers SCAN use Advanced Mode,
restart PC, and after restart once again run REVO UNINSTALLER, Forced uninstallation, put the name EWA NET in the filed where it says "Exact name of program" and do Advanced Scan one more time.
Empty Recycle bin, and now you can run EWA NET installation.

I patched the "CleanEWAInstallation.vbs" and its possible to use it every where. You have to run it as admin.

Jerome, you need EPC 09.2014 full, then update to 04.15. Download it & install it. After that update with 04.15
