RE: BMW F10 Navigation menu disabled
Alright, so I enabled the navigation menu using script activator, but I can't update the maps. and from what I saw in the tutorial, Dr.Gini and it has a menu button "FSC E-Series" BUT I have a F-series.
When I try to update the maps I receive: Navigation Update The navigation data in the car is incomplete or manipulated. Please have it checked by your Service Center. What can I do to update the maps into a F10 after using script activation method ? |

If your CIC has 2012 or earlier cards (maps) first install west part and then update to east part or vice versa. Than you should not receive manipulation error. You can use FStool instead of esys. |

I use script activation all the time and hard drive cloning to install maps. Never tried that on CIC but I always do that on NBT though... |

No such thing as script activation on NBT, I was refering to FSC code generation for map update only, but you can buy non OEM root cert and all related FSC certs for 100-150 USD. So that activates Navigation/BMW Apps etc. There is a thread about it on this forum |
