My opinion is a missing file in destination folder of rheingold as describing in log:

You need BMW_ISPI_ISTA-META_SDP_4.10.13.xml if you want to install...

Have that file and 4.10.14 xml file in same folder.
Ok will extract sdp full 4.10.13 again, delete installed version and install new in data_swi and try again updating to 4.10.14

...my extracted full spd from istapackage must be corrupt (istalauncher console asks fopr files not in the data_swi folder). Esys also does not make a connection with that mklinked psdzdata-->no vehicle type is selectable by VIN. An older psdzdata light makes no trouble with esys.
Where to download a new working full sdp for F-series?
