My F25 is with BMW at the moment and it has got an error which the dealer cannot fix.

So car is 2011 F25 which I fitted a LCI HVAC panel in February. I also coded it myself and it has worked fine ever since. I used;

Connect => Read FA (VO) => Activate FA (VO) => Read SVT (VCM) => Left-Click on desired ECU => Click on "Detect CAF for SWE" => Select the CAFD from above => Select OK => Right-Click on ECU (the ECU itself not the underlying CAFD) => Select CODE

The car is with BMW this week (has BMW warranty) because I get an error message with reverse camera. Error on kombi was REVERSE CAMERA FAILURE.

They have replaced the camera and but also said it needs to be coded. The camera is now working fine but the HVAC panel is not working. They have said the LCI panel is not compatible and they cannot get it to work.

Can someone help me on how to fix this? My car is being returned later on but need to get HVAC working.

Same procedure you did (ie injection and VO code).
