XSMini  After swapped FM card with FM+DAB card in a NBT Evo unit. Needs to be reprogrammed
Hi  hi  
As I said in the subject, in a ID6 NBT Evo I've replaced the FM card with a FM+DAB card from an ID4 unit.

I've tried the ID6 unit in car, the FM radio works fine but the DAB radio don't works, as I expected it.

I've already added the option 654 in the FA with e-sys and I've tried to code the hu_nbt2 unit without success... worried

The ID6 unit don't recognize the new FM+DAB card, so it needs to be reprogrammed... sad

Also the ID4 unit will needs to be reprogrammed too... sweating

Can anyone do it?  Not for free of course...

Hardware is different. Flash will most likely fail. Was done before and unit bricked.
Not wise to mix up components from different generations radios.

I've checked the hardware between the 2 cards and for the fm part, the hardware it's the same, same chip, same resistors etc, also the units components are the same even if one unit is ID4 (2017) and the other unit is ID6 (2018). 

Then the fm+dab card in the new unit works well, no problems... I think it's only a programming issue..  thinking

do you have FM on ID 4 now ?

Yes the fm card without dab now it's in the id4 unit, the fm+dab card it's in the id6 unit, I've already swapped the cards.

Before to swap it, the fm card was in the id6 unit and the fm+dab card was in the id4 unit... I've exchanged it.

Both needs to be reprogrammed, the id6 to activate the dab function, the id4 to remove the dab function.

I repeat the fm function works without problems, the dab not.
ID6 unit before (picture 1) and after (picture 2)  -  ID4 unit before (picture 3) and after (picture 4)

The id4 needs to be reprogrammed to remove dab function. 

The id4 unit it's the donor of the fm+dab card. 

The fm+dab card it's on id6 unit now.

You can just code without 654

I can fix your issues.
Can make work evo id6 with replaced radio pcb on evo which didint have it. PM in need.
