is there any way to lower the minimum speed to use cruise control in a G21 from 2022?

It was possible for the F30 in the ICM ECU.
ICM -> 3000 -> C_Wunschgeschw_min_kmh

Yes, check DSC3 and SAS2 modules. I used for 20kmh:

C_Wunschgeschw_min_kmh = 14
C_Wunschgeschw_min_mph = 0C
C_SLD_vmin_kmh = 14

My car has DSC_BRS, DSC_VIP_IB4 and SAS3.
I couldn‘t find any value with „wunsch“, „geschw“, „vmin“ or „kmh“ in them that could affect the cruise control.
Maybe it‘s not possible because of the Driving Assistant Professional?

That's right. DAPro is much more restrictive.
