I see from the screenshots that ETKA could work on Windows 10 64bit?

EDIT: Sorry, now I read all the posts and for some it works, but mostly it does not.

I installed ETKA and hardlock but now I don't have any icon to start the program. Which exe should I start? etstart.exe and etstartn.exe both fail with message "path not found"

EDIT: Reinstalled everything and it works now!
