I think you misunderstand what repair pack is for. The repair pack has already enabled codes in it. Your car is old and does not have combox which you need for the Apps to work. First combox must be retrofitted, then I can provide you Apps fsc.

Sorry, I don't read signatures usually, that's why I didn't notice that. So you then need activation FSC, which is not part of the repair pack as I already mentioned above.
Use files in the archive, instructions also inside.
