I tried a fsc generator and used the b1 hex file from the car and tried also the vin number to update the navigation to BMW ROADMAP EUROPE NBT-NEXT 2019-1 from 2017-1 but it says that the update codes is not correct.
After I tried this I cant use the navigation because now it wants a key to start up the old version.

Please help, what can I do to get it to work ?

Had the same thing, locked the car and after some time reopened and Navigation started as normal
