Hello there,
 yesterday I swaped gearbox at F11 2010 and tried to clear ISN with CGDI. That didnt work as CGDI told me that I have unsupported egs. I tried to flash egs with cgdi to newer sw which was a bad idea. Ended up with error and EGS is "bricked". Now I need to restore it with ESYS but I have several problems. I cant connect esys vie gateway url, but I can connect via ICOM/ethernet. 

When I tried to flash egs calculated TAL and everything it ended up with error that "FA cant be null". Dont know why? See attached screenshot. Also I attached screenshots where you can see missing swfl. 

Can somebody help me how to proceed next and restore it?

Are we talking about a ZF 8HP here? I'm under the impression that all of the F10 based cars have that transmission. What did the donor transmission come out of? I have a sneaking suspicion that you have an E-series transmission in an F-series car.
My CGDI has been excellent with online programming, though I haven't tried an EGS. Was a power supply used?

yep power supply used, its the same gearbox both are from F11 only donor is few months older acording label on it. So very likely it is right F series gearbox 8HP.

I've got the FA must not be Null error before as well, for me just ticking the radio button 'read VIN out of FA' instead of pressing the 'read VIN' button did the trick.

It's fairly logical your SVT actual shows 2 unknown's instead of 2 SWFL's since you've bricked the tranny software. Should not give any problems as E-SYS could still identify the electronics of the gearbox (HWEL) and calculated an SVT target based on that (SWFL's in red are what e-sys wants to flash to the EGS). Once you get passed the FA error you should be good to go.

could you not transfer the old TCU from the old gearbox to the new one? That would solve the issues unless the TCU is defective?

I had a similar issue on an F16 X4, was easier to swap TCU's

old TCU is already out of the gearbox and waiting, Im trying to solve this just to get an experience and preparing for future unexpected problems if I fail in this I will swap the old tcu.
