I bought VAS5054a with OKI chip and AMB2300.
I try my veihcle in W212 (MY2015).
Connection and short test worked perfectory via both USB and Bluetooth.

Same here but Xentry is working just fine. As long you have the device with no exclamation sign in device manager you should be fine. Just try xentry.

There are so many Clones out there. 

AMB2300 Chip with OKI 
OKI Full Chip 
Green PCB 
Blue PCB 

Its not easy to choose the right one.
