Car is original US and got coded to Ece.

Hi, 
map has beeen installed with FSC code from Kreta_BMW. Map changed/uploaden fine. 

Tried to change coding from US to ECE.
->"Service WDBI_PLAIN returned a negative response with response code requestOutOfRange"
-> CID shows "no signal"
Tried to code it with original FA -> no luck, same error.

Could anybody help? 
I have NBT Evo ID4 (NBTEvo_E16202A) fitted to the car.
Like to flash the two IBAD files and one SWFL to Ece and code the unit afterwards.
