Hi,
Does anyone know and can share experience about coding lightweight 40AH battery for M4? Previously had 69AH Thanks |

RE: F82 lithium battery coding
If you are replacing the original battery with some sport light-weight aftermarket, you need to consider the lack of controllers inside the latter. As far as I remember, there is no IBS-related part in the aftermarket battery and you'll need to get external IBS-sensor being connected to get rid of errors.

RE: F82 lithium battery coding
There is no original solution to fit other than original 69AH battery, neither a coding solution. Fitting a AGM battery will also give you battery errors and is not codeable.
